Are people natural-born leaders, or do they develop the traits over time?
Leaders are born, experience in leadership is acquired over time.

* I think this group should spend more time studying paradigms and programming, nobody is born anything, everyone acquires skills especially for the first 7 years of their life their programmed if they observe leaders on a regular basis to subconscious mind will begin to program leadership into their genetic structure, if they are programmed with sociopathic tendencies and anger and unfaithfulness and things like that by what they observe they will begin to program their subconscious life in mind accordingly so I would say no leaders are not born they are bred
* No, 95% of people are content with someone else being in charge, refusing to take the lead unless there is no other choice, doesn’t they couldn’t lead, just don’t want the burden of people’s expectation. The 5% that desperately wants to be in charge are usually despots and dictators thinking only they know what’s best for everyone. Sadly those people find a way to get in control and prove beyond a shadow of doubt hat should most definitely not be the one leading
