Do we control technology or is technology controlling us?

* I suppose the universe itself is technology already, just a case of us having to be careful about what we’re asking for!🤦🤔🤷
* We build technology to make our lives better but our lives then become dependent on technology. Cars make travel much easier, but at least where I live, cities are designed with cars in mind making them a necessity for most people.
* We’re controlling ourselves with technology
* How to find out stop using technology
* Theres no proof that technology is controlling us whatever that means
* As someone on the older side I think most of it is ruining society.
