Do we think with language or pictures?

* Pictures, until recently I thought everyone did!

* According to cognitive linguistics, we think using language. Animals use the same principles of neural information processing (mostly metaphor and categorisation). Our spoken language is also based on the same rules. Those who misunderstand these statements have a hard time telling how thinking actually works (in both humans and animals:). https://youtu.be/Eu-9rpJITY8

* Language. I don’t see pictures in my head.

* We think with symbols — the symbols can be from anyone or more of the five senses. Symbols accepted by many is called a language.

* None I guess. It’s encrypted to allow ehat is needed.

* Both, unless you have no inner monologue, then its just abstractions.
