* Yes, and not just terminally ill people, anyone of sound mind should have the option without judgment from others.

* My grandfather pulled out his feeding tube when he was tired of being kept alive by machines.
* Honestly, it’s against the law in the usa. Until the law changes it’s a moot philosophical question as failure results in jail time and psychiatric evaluations, further more loved ones of such folk will be heart broken no matter what

* If you are suffering from terminal or chronic illness and the system repeatedly fails to meet your support needs then it should absolutely be legal to end your own life on your own terms. It’s not called suicide, its called death with dignity.
