* because it feels good to punish people, it makes us protective of the morals and whatever ideals we imagine ourselves capable to adhere to, it is pure self rewarding, I punish you so that I can feel good, and that the system however unfair may seem in order, to maintain the status quo, punishment is unfortunately the most reactionary behavior ever in our modern culture, it degrades humans to slaves, it is rather disgusting, one should comprehend the reasons and motives behind a man’s action before punishing him, one should try to put oneself in other’s shoes before judging them to severe punishment, how sure are we of our idealism when we are faced with the same conditions the perpetrator was faced with? I hope one day punishment will be abolished and crimes will be met with…
